Longferry

One of the projects I worked on during this internship was the Longferry Building in North Carolina. I contributed both to the design development and technical documentation. I selected and sourced materials, created palette options, ordered physical samples, and translated these choices into digital applications for renderings and construction drawings. Econic Partners

​I contributed to the renovation of a floor to add executive and junior offices, drafting all existing conditions and design options in Revit. My work included site visits and client/contractor meetings to maximize space efficiency, and I created bubble diagrams exploring layouts that prioritized either budget, construction time, or workspace disruption.
